To avoid disappointment, please make a booking.

Once you have made a booking, you’ll be emailed a form.  Please complete this, and return the form to Malinda before your appointment.

Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hrs notice, or a fee applies.

 
What to wear

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows limbs to move freely.
Please remove shoes and socks before lying on the massage table. 

 
FOr online appointments

Please ensure your phone is switched off, or at least on silent, and that you won’t be disturbed for the duration of the appointment. 
Make yourself comfortable, have a glass of water close by, a rug in case you feel the cold, and some space to move.

If it’s your first time coming to Four Pillars Kinesiology, please allow time to park and find your way.

DIRECTIONS:  79a Grandview Street, Pymble

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:  Across the road from Pymble train station.

PARKING:  Free street parking on Grandview Street, and also at the rear of the building in Grandview Lane Car Park, off Alma Street.
