PhotoMalinda is the Founder of, and practicing Kinesiologist at Four Pillars Kinesiology.

She is a Holistic Kinesiologist and MindBody Medicine practitioner, having completed her Diploma of Kinesiology and Diploma of Mind Body Medicine, at The College of Complementary Medicine. She has completed further study in Nutrition: Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate, Completed (Dec 2019), T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell.

Using gentle, non-invasive techniques, in consultation with the client, she can facilitate her clients, to feel empowered to take back more control and ownership, of their health and wellness.

Malinda’s belief in the bodys innate self-healing abilities has long fascinated her.  In particular, the way in which various stressors throw the body out of balance, and away from its natural state of harmony, and the symptoms of dis-ease that follow. Also, the way these symptoms can be traced, to correlate with specific stressors. Using muscle monitoring we can then also ‘unfold’ or reveal the connectedness of various symptoms, which may appear to be unrelated, at first glance.

A Kinesiology session is often like a mini exploration into oneself and clients are often surprised to discover something about themselves they had not noticed before. This discovery will typically allow them to move beyond a barrier, and support a positive change in their health and life.

Clients have experienced; increased confidence & self empowerment, improved immune function, releasing anger, a calmer more centred way of being, improved digestion, release of back and leg pain, reduced reactivity to stress triggers and improved sleep.
